Dear Ms. Sharon Maddox (President), Ms. Torena Bar (Funeral Director / Funeral Home Manager), Mr. Clay Jones (Funeral Director) and the Staff of Maddox Funeral Home,
We are deeply grateful for your kindness and support during our difficult time.
Thank you for allowing us to delay our mom’s funeral while waiting for my sister to arrive to Front Royal from Vietnam.
Thank you to Ms. Torena Bar for assisting us with procedures and documents to speed up the visa request to allow our family in Vietnam to come to Virginia so they could pay their last respects to our mother.
We are so grateful to Mr. Clay Jones and the Funeral Service Staff for their compassionate and professional service in making the funeral a very beautiful ceremony, and especially for allowing the casket to be opened three times for us to visit our mother one last time.
Thank you for your help requesting the assistance of the police to provide guidance from St. John’s church to ensure the funeral procession’s timely arrival at the cemetery.
We are forever grateful for your help with our mom’s funeral arrangements.
