Loretta Jean Mills Kibler, 73, of Strasburg, VA, formerly of Front Royal, VA died on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Heritage Hall.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 6, at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Pastors Bobby and Diann Whetzel. Inurnment at Willis Chapel Cemetery will be held at a later date.

Loretta was born February 11, 1942 in Front Royal, VA, daughter of the late Johnnie and Frances Kenney Mills. She worked for many years as an insurance processor at Avtex. Loretta was co-owner of A Moveable Feast Catering with Ginger Marlow and also worked as interior decorator with Melvin Baugher and Baugher’s Decorating Service. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and Front Royal Women of the Moose Lodge 1194. She was the wife of the late John Lynwood Kibler.

Surviving are one daughter Kimberly K. Cummings and husband Joseph Kanson, III of Martinsburg, WV; her special cousins Bonnie Shipe of Strasburg ,Betty Compton, Jimmy Kenney and Gloria Groves all of Front Royal; three grandchildren Justin Kanson, Joseph Kanson, IV, and Qrystin Kanson; and three great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kay Cameron, Judy Hupman, Joyce Marlow, Marie Longerbeam, Betty Ann Wines, Eva Mae Piffer, Vallie Duncan, Pat Garrett, Kathy Cox, Donna Noble, Ginger Marlow and Shelly McClain.
