Minnie Cassandra Stribling McDaniel, 69, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Harrisonburg Health and Rehab in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

A memorial service will be held at Mount Morris Baptist Church in Hume, Virginia at a later date.

Ms. McDaniel was born on December 15, 1956 in Washington, DC to the late James McDaniel and Pauline Elizabeth Coghill McDaniel Hudson.

Survivors include two sons, Vernard Frye and Izelle Frye; two grandchildren, SyRon Harper-Frye and SaRiyah Harper-Frye; four brothers, two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
