Silvia Nora Dabbundo, 62, of Front Royal, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 in her home.

A celebration of Nora’s life will be held on Sunday, May 15that 2:00pm at the Front Royal Fire Department.

Nora was born on February 16, 1954 in Wolfach, Germany, daughter of Angela Zaun of Front Royal and the late Gerhard Karl Kohn.

She worked for Arrow Security as a ‘decoy’ in training drug detecting canines for U.S. Customs in Warren County for many years and also worked for Cracker Barrel in Front Royal.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Frederick Zaun in 1990 and her brother Tommy Kohn in 1996.

Surviving with her mother are her husband Mark Dabbundo; one son Brian May of Front Royal; four sisters Barbara Gann of Bentonville, Lisa Burr of Midlothian, Jan Williams of North Dakota, and Sue Erdmann of McIntosh, MN; three brothers Jimmy Kohn of Bentonville, Chuck Zaun of Front Royal, and Les Zaun of North Dakota; and many nieces and nephews.
