Phyllis Anne Leonard, 78, of Stephens City, Virginia passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center.

A memorial Service will be held for her on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Greenway Spirit & Word Fellowship, 1275 Tasker Rd., Stephens City, Virginia with Pastor Bob Vinyard officiating.

Phyllis was born on July 30, 1937 in Pennsylvania to the late John Donahue and Violet Potter.

She was a member of the Stephens City Senior Center and a member of Greenway Spirit & Word Fellowship.

Survivors include two sons, James Patrick Leonard, Jr. of Stephens City and John Edward Leonard, Sr. of Linden, Virginia; her daughter, Doranne Theresa Leonard of Winchester, Virginia; five grandchildren, James Patrick Leonard, III, Stephanie Carlotta Leonard, John Edward Leonard, Jr., Alexandria Melanie Leonard and Gabrielle Desiree Leonard and one great granddaughter, Lelia Annette Santos.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home, 105 W. Main St., Front Royal, Virginia 22630, to help with expenses.
