Juanita Elizabeth Young Lee

Juanita Elizabeth Young Lee, 93, of Front Royal, Virginia died on May 4, 2016 at Heritage Hall Health Care in Front Royal.

She was born on August 2, 1922 in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Thomas Dewey Young and Anna Ruth Henson Harris.

She graduated from Eastern High School in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Lee was a former member of the Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Front Royal. She worked at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. and later she and her husband opened and owned the Donut Dinette in Front Royal.

She was married on May 3, 1941 to Jack William Lee, Sr. who preceded her in death June 11, 1988.

Mrs. Lee is survived by two sons, Jack William Lee, Jr. and wife Debbie of Stephens City, Terence Michael Lee and wife Nancy of Front Royal; grandchildren Christopher and wife Jacky of Stephens City, Jody and wife Dena of Front Royal, Joseph and wife Julie of Columbia, Maryland, Thomas of Washington, D.C., and Catherine of Front Royal; great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Abegail, Tyler and Charlotte.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Maddox Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. in Front Royal with Sammy Campbell presiding. Burial will follow at Mount Hebron Cemetery in Winchester, Virginia.

Pall bearers will be Christopher Lee, Jody Lee, Joseph Lee and Thomas Lee.

The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Maddox Funeral Home prior to the service.
