Herman Allan “Sonny” Rudacille, 78, of Front Royal, VA, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 18, from 1:00 to 2:00 at Maddox Funeral Home followed by a funeral service 2:00 p.m. conducted by Sammy Campbell. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery.

Sonny was born February 9, 1938 in Martinsburg, WV son of the late Herman Clifton Rudacille and Virginia Elizabeth Woodward Rudacille. He was a graduate of Warren County High School. Sonny was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired as a supervisor from Raytheon.

Surviving are his wife of 59 years Dorothy Compton Rudacille; one son Scot Allan Rudacille of Front Royal; and one nephew Tom Cooper of Woodstock, VA.

He was preceded in death by his sister Elsie Redden.
