William Lee “Hippie” Bynaker, 68, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester, Virginia.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Prospect Hill Cemetery with Sammy Campbell officiating.

Mr. Bynaker was born June 2, 1948 in Hoods Mill, Maryland to Phillip Eugene Bynaker and Barbara Williar. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Ann Bynaker, father, Phillip Eugene Bynaker, sister, Bonnie Crum, and half-brother, Gene Bynaker.

He recently retired from Lewis Tree Service.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Williar; daughter, Carolyn Deavers and her husband Carl; brother, Henry Bynaker; five sisters, Phyllis Schill and her husband Bill, Judy White and her husband Mike, Ruth Stultz, Janet Bynaker and Mary Rosales and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia.
