Melinda Louise Kell, 60, of Front Royal, VA passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at her home.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Rockland Community Church, 2921 Rockland Rd, Front Royal conducted by RT. Rev. Dr. Vince McLaughlin. All friends are welcome to attend.

Melinda was born June 8, 1956 in Warren, Ohio, daughter of the late Richard A. Kell and Mary Louise Farrell Kell. She worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart in Front Royal.

She is survived by her spousal equivalent Rich Goddard; her sisters Katherine “Katy” Kell and Mary Alice “Molly” Kell; her extended family Charlie and Carol Goddard, Stacy and Beth Kitchen; four nephews; and her Wal-Mart family.
