CPO Warren Howard Ramsey (USN, Ret.), 58, of Front Royal, VA, died on Monday, March 27, 2017.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 5, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Tapscott. Inurnment will follow in Little Georgetown Cemetery with military honors.

Warren was born August 23, 1958 in Morgan, IL son of Jerry Warren Ramsey and Elizabeth Joanne Huffman Ramsey of Laramie, WY. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired as Chief Petty Officer and was an expert in surface warfare. He served on several aircraft carriers during his distinguished career. Warren will be remembered by all who knew him as a kind and gentle person.

Surviving along with his parents are two sons, Armando Ramsey and Andres Ramsey; two sisters, Kathy Ramsey and Ellen Perkins; his fiancee, Wanda Horton and her children Candace, Faith, Jason and David; grandchildren, Gabriel, Michael and Aniyah; nephew, Christopher and niece, Anna.
