On Monday, November 13th , 2017 Aimee Nicole Shemwell died suddenly in a car accident just outside of Front Royal Virginia.

Born on the 10th of September, 1988 in Woodbridge Virginia, Aimee was big sister to her six younger siblings, four sisters (Michele, Ashlyn, Faith, and Samantha) and two brothers (Darren and Alec).

On December 22, 2007 Aimee married the love of her life, Michael Spencer Shemwell in a ceremony surrounded by friends and family.

Together they had four children, Brayden Michael Shemwell in June of 2008, Harper Lynn Shemwell in April of 2012, Avery James Shemwell in April of 2014, and Bexley William Shemwell in April of 2016.

She is survived by countless family, including her husband, her children, her many siblings, parents Rachel and James Butyter and Darryl and Jenny Wohlfahrt, as well as countless others who mourn the tragic loss of not only her life, but the spirit and vivacity with which she lived it, and which, in turn, she spilled into theirs.

There will be a viewing at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal, on Friday, November 17 at 5-7 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, at 7145 Browntown Rd in Front Royal on Saturday, November 18 at 3pm.
