Dorothy Louise Smith Mauck, 77, of Toms Brook, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015, in Heritage Hall in Front Royal.

A graveside service will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Panorama Memorial Gardens conducted by Sammy Campbell.

Mrs. Mauck was born April 28, 1938, in Warren County, daughter of Herbert Woodrow and Hazel Palmer Smith.

Surviving are her husband Stanley Leon Mauck; her beloved cat Gizmo; two daughters Theresa Mansfield Davis of Woodstock and her husband John and Joanne Mansfield Venable and husband Frank of Front Royal and one son John Patrick Mansfield, Jr. and wife Robin of Toms Brook and; two brothers Ralph Smith of Front Royal and Charles Smith of Strasburg; seven grandchildren Kristie Michael, Chanda Venable, Frank Venable, Jr., Craig Hammond, Jr., Emily Mansfield, Justin Davis, and Nickie Lang; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
