Ralph Carlton Ennis, 77, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Center.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11 AM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main, Front Royal, Virginia with Pastor Peter Kennedy officiating.  Burial will follow at Quantico National Cemetery at 2 PM.

Mr. Ennis was born on October 23, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Ishmael Sr. and Marie Somers Ennis.  He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Shelly Naranjo.  He was a member of Heritage Reformed Church in Front Royal and a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Navy.

Survivors include his son, Ian Ralph Ennis (Lynne); two brothers, Johnny Ennis and Ishmael Ennis Jr.; two sisters, Juanita Hurley and Helen DiLandro; granddaughter, Ashley Naranjo; wife, Linda D. Ennis and his son’s mother, Louise Boswell.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
