Ruth Eastham Campbell, 92, of Front Royal Virginia passed away on October 14, 2022 at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Center in Winchester, Virginia.
Per Ruth’s request a graveside service will be held at Prospect Hill Cemetery October 18, 2022 at 2 PM with Sammy Campbell officiating. Ruth was born November 12,1929 in Arco, Virginia, daughter of John Arthur Eastham and Gertrude Pomeroy Eastham. Ruth was married to her loving husband, Andrew “Doodle” Campbell, for 57 years.
Surviving is her brother, Glenn Eastham; sisters, Helen Settle, Joy Rosa, Linda Eastham and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Ruth was a pillar of strength for family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and siblings William Eastham, Robert Eastham and Elaine Ring Burke.

Ruth was a wonderful lady and a neighbor that lived close by. I personally knew her lovely Mom. Glenn and Linda. My heartfelt condolences and prayers to go out to all her families and friends. She has now joined her wonderful husband Doodle and all her love ones at her eternal home. My thoughts are prayers for family and friends. I have known the Campbell’s for long time. They were neighbors for Barbara/RonKeith Kirtley (my relatives). Spent alot of time there growing up.
