Charles Adrian “Charlie” Rowland, 86, 0f Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center.

Mr. Rowland was born on November 26, 1937 in Front Royal to the late Dalton and Marjorie Fereebee Rowland.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, Allen Eugene Rowland.  He retired from Atlantic Research and was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Survivors include two brothers, Kenneth Lee Rowland and Richard Osborne Rowland.
