Cindy Lee Jenkins, 54, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at her home.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 4 pm at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal with Sammy Campbell officiating.
Cindy was born on March 3, 1963 in Altoona, Pennsylvania to the late Harry W. Phillips and Marion Bartley Phillips. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Stan Parkes, sister, Diana Parkes, and granddaughter, Valerie Rose.
She enjoyed Lifetime movies and making crafts.
Survivors include four daughters, Amanda Jenkins, Jenny Merritt, Renee Jenkins and Brittany Jenkins; three brothers, Victor, Edward and Doug Phillips; two sisters, Melinda Agnew and Belinda Zauzig and seven grandchildren, Caleb, Leaira, Hailey, Nolan, Aidan, Jaxtyn and Tobias.

Cindy, I didn’t get to say good bye, but its only good bye for now. I’ll see you again in heaven . You were a good friend. We all will miss you here on earth.
