Connie Jo England, 74, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center.

Ms. England was born on November 22, 1946 in Beckley, West Virginia to the late James and Janice Cook England. She retired from the Commonwealth of Virginia after working in their Weatherization Department. She was also a longtime advocate of the Humane Society.

Survivors include her daughter, Jana Schmidt (Mike) of Merritt Island, Florida; sister, Karen England of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida; three grandsons, Jamie, Bryson and Ellis Schmidt and her caregiver and close friend, Maureen Schofield.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations made be made to the Humane Society of Warren County, 1245 Progress Drive, Front Royal, Virginia 22630 or to a humane society or animal rescue of one’s choice.
