Darlene Oliver Smith, 75, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at her home.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Ms. Smith was born on August 28, 1949 in Front Royal, Virginia to the late Harry and Bertha Beatty Atwood.  She retired from Valley Health Warren Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Castle (David) of Winchester; two sisters, Cindy Cabiao (Ben) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Kay Boger (Wayne) of Williamsburg, Virginia and granddaughter, Ashlynn Dowdy of Winchester.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Warren County, 1245 Progress Drive, Front Royal, Virginia 22630.
