Jeannette M. Hyland, 81, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Blue Ridge Care Inpatient Center in Winchester.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 4 at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Sammy Campbell officiating. Inurnment will be private.
Jeannette was born July 15, 1944 in New York, daughter of the late John Arthur and Emma Barnes McLaughlin.
She retired after many years from the financial industry.
Surviving is a daughter, Kelly Davis of Front Royal; two sons, Allan Taylor of Front Royal and Jim Taylor of Kansas; one brother, John McLaughlin of Manassas; one sister, Joan Custer of Florida; four grandsons, Jonathan, Zachary, Mason and Cameron; one granddaughter, Madison; and one great-granddaughter, Ryland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Mike McLaughlin.
I will miss you so much! You were always up for an adventure and some mischief, what fun we had over the years. You were the best aunt a girl could have. Rest in peace auntie ❤️
