Doris Ann Sealock, 79, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 11 AM at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Sealock was born on February 6, 1939 in Front Royal to the late Woodrow Sr. and Lottie Coffey Steed. She was also preceded in death by her husband Obie W. Sealock; her sister Norma Jean Magalis, and her brother Wilson Steed. She was a clerk for Safeway for over 25 years.
Survivors include her son, Alan Sealock of Front Royal; daughter, Julie Shiflett (Norman) of Front Royal; sister, Jeanette Gould of Massachusetts; brother, Woodrow Wilson “Red” Steed, Jr. of Front Royal; five grandchildren, Whitney Sealock Fernandez (Brian) of Arnold, Maryland, Daniel Sealock (Megan) of Vinton, Virginia, Andrew Sealock, Ashley Shiflett and Matthew Shiflett all of Front Royal, three great grandchildren, Charlie, Marlow and Isla Sealock all of Vinton, Virginia.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 16, 2018 from 7 to 9 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 West Cork Street, Winchester, Virginia 22601.
