Maud,
Thank you so much for your kind words. You were in our home and part of our family for so many years.
We’re grateful for you reaching out.

Such a dear sweet neighbor.
Mr. Floyd was a very kind man who shared the love of guns with my husband John. We moved in November 2020 and were blessed to have the Cupps as our neighbors. Just a few days after move in, Mr. Floyd and Ms. Esther had baked our family delicious carrot cake cookies. This was the start to our friendship.
I’ll never forget how Mr. Floyd would always wave on his walks and come by to talk if he had seen us outside. To the Cupp family, we are so sorry for your loss.
With love,
The Francis Family
Thank you so much for your kind words. My parents are so very grateful that you moved in across from them. My dad spoke well of your family, of you and your husband and your children. And we’re so very grateful for the care you guys have extended to them.

I grew up on Lee Street with Floyd. I have many fond memories of sharing our younger years playing in his back yard and in his room. Most of all, I remember riding to school with him in his black Studebaker! What a car. Floyd really was a staple of my boyhood life. It was a wonderful time in history to grow up in a small town with real friends and in a safe environment. Upon graduation from school I left Front Royal to go off to college then into the Army, not to return except for short visits.
God bless you.
