Frances Jean Ritenour Pullen, 68, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 14, 2019, in the Consulate Care of Woodstock.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Sammy Campbell officiating. Interment will be private.

Frances was born on November 17, 1950, in Warren County, Virginia daughter of the late Fred Albert Ritenour and Frances Irene Wolford Ritenour. She worked many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant for local nursing homes including Royal Haven and Loving Arms.

Surviving are three sisters Phyllis Ramey of Bentonville, Helen Jones of Independence, Missouri and Brenda Pullen of Spotsylvania; and several nieces and nephews.

Frances was married to the late Willis “Billy” Pullen.
