Johanna Maria “Cookie” Sine, 78, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026 with her family by her side at Lynn Care Center.
Funeral services will be private.
Mrs. Sine was born on April 2, 1947 in Munich, Germany to the late Charles and Gertrude Glas Westerman. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Gertrude Anna Moore and step son, Jeffrey Lee Sine.
Survivors include her husband, Carlton Sine; four sons, Cosmo Barbardo, Angelo Barbardo, Charles Barbardo and Robert Moore; step daughter, Cheryl Sine Jewell; brother, Charles Westerman and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Cookie will always be remembered for her passion to love, cook, party and dance. She will be rolling on the river.
