Louise Catherine Sealock Barbee, 94, of Linden, VA, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 25 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 11:00 conducted by Sammy Campbell. Burial will follow in Linden Cemetery.

Mrs, Barbee was born February 9, 1923 in Warren County, VA daughter of Curtis and Fannie Mae Mauck Sealock. She was a former member of Linden United Methodist Church. Mrs. Barbee was married to the late Hubert William Barbee.

Surviving are her grandchildren Kelly Marie Barbee and Les Barbee both of Linden; and five great-grandchildren Kelsey Woolf, Jacob Barbee, Kaitlyn Barbee, Hunter Walter, and Mason Walter. She was preceded in death by a son Douglas William Barbee.

Pallbearers will be Frankie Barr, Johnny Sealock, Fred Sealock, Benny Sealock, Curtis Sealock and David Lamb.
