Margie May Nicewarner Seitz, 83, of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia with Pastors Bobby and Diann Whetzel officiating. Burial will follow at Panorama Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Seitz was born in Front Royal on August 11, 1933 to the late Thomas Nicewarner, Sr. and Bertha Crawford Nicewarner. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Theodore Seitz and her brothers, Thomas Nicewarner, Jr. and Dickie Nicewarner.

She was a member of the Front Royal Church of the Brethren, the Arlington County Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Dixie Land Trailer Club.

Survivors include her son, Larry W. Seitz of Woodstock, Virginia; two daughters, Pam Scholtz (Robert) of Bunker Hill and Kim Dean (Bob) of Strasburg, Virginia; her sister, Betty Ann Wines (Lee) of Front Royal; two sisters-in-law, Annie Nicewarner and Linda Nicewarner both of Front Royal; eight grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 6 to 9 PM at Maddox Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Scholtz, Jamie Scholtz, Steven Day, Brandon Day, Chris Seitz, Ricky Wines, Nelson Longerbeam and Philip Harvey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lee Wines, Randall Griffith, Kevin Nicewarner, Michael Nicewarner, Gary Robinson and Larry Daniel.
