Mark Anthony Hembry, 52, of Oakridge, Tennessee and formerly of Front Royal, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017, in Oakridge, Tennessee.
A home going service will be held on Saturday, April 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by The Rev. Gene Ford. Interment will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery.
Mark was born on February 25, 1965, in Front Royal, son of Ruby Myers Hembry of Richmond and the late Eugene Ellsworth Hembry. He was a US Army veteran.
Surviving with his mother are his wife Keisha Hembry; maternal grandmother Jane Mitchell of Front Royal; step-father Gerald Brown, Jr. of Richmond; one son Mark Anthony Waddell of White Post; two daughters Jasmine Hembry and Jyami Hembry both of Tennessee; step-son Darius Patterson of Tennessee; one sister Carolyn Hembry of North Carolina; one brother James “Jay” Hembry and husband Christopher Farmer of North Carolina; mother-in-law and father-in-law James and Edna Faye McCrimmon of Georgia; special nephew Michael Andres Farmer of North Carolina; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Kelvin Whitmore, Barry Whitmore, Melvin Jones, Sr., Richard Stribling, Derick Almond, and George Whitmore.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 29 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
