Mark Edward Devine, 60, of Linden, Virginia passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at his home.

Mr. Devine was born on September 22, 1959 in Washington, DC to James F. and Rita Haywood Devine. He was preceded in death by his mother. He was a history buff and had a wonderful collection of historical memorabilia.

Surviving along with his father is his step mother, Katherine Devine; sister, Laurie Dunbar (Vic); brother, Michael T. Devine and step sister, Margaret Goldfaden (Stefan).
