Mary Catherine “Cookie” Keaton, 74, of Woodstock, Virginia, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia with Sammy Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Bennett’s Chapel Cemetery in Front Royal.

Mrs. Keaton was born on June 24, 1942 in Winchester to the late Leon Lawyer and Myrtle Clark Lawyer. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Curless.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond Keaton of Woodstock; son, Kenny Jenkins (Pam) of Front Royal; two sisters, Shelby Keller (Sonny) of Winchester and Darlene Anderson (Andy) of Lexington, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Bryan Jenkins (Jessica) of Winchester, Amanda Hite (T.J.) of Front Royal and Matthew Jenkins of Front Royal and five great grandchildren, Kalee, James, Ashley, Brynna and Thomas.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday at Maddox Funeral Home.
