Myrtle Marie Withrow, 91, of Warren County, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at her home.

Services will be private.

Mrs. Withrow was born February 22, 1930 in Hot Springs, Virginia, daughter of the late James Russell and Stella Bly Carpenter Hise.

Surviving are one son, James Norvel Dean of Hot Springs; two daughters, Catherine Marie “Cathy” Brown of Winchester and Ethel Grace Doyle of Front Royal; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Withrow was preceded in death by her son John Andrew Dean.
