Paul Edward Blevins, 70, of Front Royal, VA, died on Sunday, July 19. 2015 at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 25, at 1:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Pastor Terry Keaton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday, from 12:00-1:00 p.m.

Mr. Blevins was born November 15, 1944 in Fairfax, VA, son of the late Vance Edward Blevins and Georgia Louise Price Blevins. He retired as a heavy equipment operator with William H. Hazel and was a member of New Hope Bible Church.

Surviving are his wife Sandra “Sandy” Blevins of Front Royal; one son Clinton Blevins and wife DeLois of Summit Point, WV; one sister Sharon Rose (Tom) of Centreville, VA; two brothers Alvin Blevins of Fairfax and Wiley Blevins (Reba) of Manassas, VA; five grandchildren Zachary Blevins, Sandee Sybert, Josh Elmore, Rachel Stanley, and Charity Duey (Tim); and two great-grandchildren Charlotte and Virginia.
