Rebecca Ann Bailey, 80, of Front Royal, VA, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in Warrenton, VA.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 26, from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Maddox Funeral Home followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Pastor Steve Guizar

Ms. Bailey was born October 30, 1936, in Warren County, VA daughter of the late David Albert Tobin and Elizabeth Henry Tobin. She was a member of Front Royal Church of the Nazarene

Surviving are two sons Charles Kirk Bailey and wife Pam of Linden, VA and Col. Kelly Lee Bailey and wife Lynne of Crestview, FL; one sister Margaret Colley of Woodbridge, VA; one brother David L. Tobin of Baltimore, MD; one very special niece Debbie Schurtz of Strasburg, VA; three grandchildren Brianna Bailey, Collin Bailey, and Amanda Saunders and husband Teddy; two great-grandchildren Sara and Grace; and several great nieces and nephews
