Robert Allie Payne, 92, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Skyview Springs Health and Rehab in Luray, Virginia.

A graveside service will be held in Flint Hill Cemetery on Thursday, May 1 at 11:00 a.m. with Sammy Campbell officiating.

Mr. Payne was born March 2, 1933 in Rappahannock County, Virginia, son of the late Allie Ashby and Stella Mae Presgraves Payne.

Surviving is a brother, Albert Payne of Front Royal; one sister, Mattie Reynolds of Lanham, Maryland; and several nephews and nieces.
