Ruth Irene O’Neill, 85, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on November, 13, 2024 at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral Mass will be held for Ruth at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 120 W Main St. Front Royal with Father Tom Shepanzyk officiating. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Her burial will take place at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Quantico National Cemetery.

Ruth was born on May 15, 1939 in Michigan to the late Scott and Helen Yacques. She was also preceded in death by her son, Terrance James O’Neill.

Surviving Ruth are her loving husband of 54 years, Terrance Francis O’Neill; her sister, Dawn Yacques; her son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Heather O’Neill; and her grandchildren, Oona O’Neill, and Ronin O’Neill.
