His celebration of life will be private.
Tommy was born on May 8, 1960, in Detroit, Michigan, to Anna Shirley DePyper and his late father, Lucian Carl DePyper. He was also preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Linda DePyper.
Surviving Tommy along with his mother are his loving wife of 35 years, Deanne DePyper; his children, Natalie DePyper (Javier Canizales) and Josh DePyper (Catherine Zafera); his brothers, Butch DePyper (Rachael DePyper) and Larry DePyper. Tommy adored his animals and considered them his children as well. He will be deeply missed by Josie, Eustace, Beeka, Lucky, Thor, Vito, Charlie, and Ernie; his dear dog Bo passed away a week after Tommy’s death and is with him enjoying the beautiful afterlife. Also surviving him are his “Sister Wife” Jackie, along with her sons Daniel and Benjamin; his Apple Mountain family; Apple Core Family; and numerous nieces and nephews whom will all miss him.
Tommy enjoyed helping the Apple Mountain community as a member of the Safety and Security Committee and the Roads Committee. He also enjoyed woodworking. Tommy was an avid hunter from the day he was born.
Extended thanks to all the people of Apple Mountain Lake. Your kindness is above and beyond, and Tommy is looking down, smiling. Thank you, Anna, for bringing Tommy into this world. He was the best husband, father, son, and friend anyone could have asked for.
