Winna Joan “Jo” Cullen, 63, of Strasburg, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015, in the Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 26, at 1:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Pastor Andy Casper. Interment will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens at Waterlick.

Jo was born on November 1, 1951, in Indiana, Pennsylvania, daughter of Winifred Deyarmin of Strasburg and the late Cebert Chalmer Deyarmin. Jo retired from the Fairfax County Government as a systems programmer.

Surviving are her devoted husband of forty-three years Robert “Bob” Cullen; one daughter Christine Raeber of Nokesville; two grandsons Sebastian Raeber and Daniel Matheney; eight sisters; two brothers; several nieces and nephews; and Pam Gwinner whom she thought of as a daughter.

Pallbearers will be Tim Deyarmin. Alan Deyarmin, David Ours, John Brotherton, Sebastian Raeber, and Gary Liller.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 25, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
