I’ve known Terry for many years and he was a great friend of mine. I’ll deeply miss him and all the good times we had together whether it was going to breakfast on Sunday or it was him working on one of my rental units. He performed plumbing work for me on my house and my rental properties and only charged a fourth of the price that any other plumber would have charged. We always had a good time together whether it was going to breakfast on Sunday or was working on one of my rental units, he seemed to always be in a good mood. We had many a laugh together. He would always be there if you needed help. I know he had some health conditions, but he seemed to be getting better and the doctor was soon going to release him to go back to work. So, I was shocked when I was informed by his son Josh that he had passed. At first I thought it had to be a bad dream, this couldn’t have happened. However, I finally came to the realization that he had passed, and I was totally shocked. I couldn’t believe this had happened. He was way too young to leave his family and friends.
I use to go down to he and Cookie‘s house and visit on Saturday night and we always had a great time together talking, laughing and listening to music. One thing that truly amazed me about Terry is that he could recite the lyrics of every song that he played on his iPod (unbelievable). He was a wonderful friend and will never be forgotten. I will truly miss him and all the good times we had together. He was a very down to earth person who would do anything for you. Since he lived in the same neighborhood, it will be a constant reminder of him. When I go out to breakfast I will think about him.
There will be a huge loss for everyone that knew him, especially his family. I send the family my thoughts and love in the tragic loss of Terry. However, I know he will never be forgotten. It brings me close to tears just writing this letter. I send my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Terry.
Prayers and hugs for Cookie and all of Terry’s family. Our sincere condolences to you all on the loss of Terry. We met him 30 years ago when he did our plumbing on our new house. And have seen him several times since. Always a happy soul.
