Cynthia Annette “Cindy” “Lou Lou” DeNeal, 76, of Front Royal, Virginia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Evergreen Nursing and Rehab in Winchester.
A Home Going Service will be held on Saturday, February 14 at 12:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home.
Cindy was born July 25, 1949 in Front Royal, Virginia, daughter of the late Randolph Butler DeNeal Sr. and Helena Patricia Pines DeNeal.
She worked for 39 years with Northwestern Community Services, which later became Blue Ridge Opportunities, in Front Royal.
She will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.
Surviving is a sister, Dee DeNeal of Front Royal; one brother, Randy DeNeal of Front Royal; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 14 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
