Clarence Patrick “Stinker” “Wooley” Deavers

Clarence Patrick “Stinker” “Wooley” Deavers, 68, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at his home.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 29 from 1-4 p.m. at Love Revival Church, 119 Chester Street, Front Royal with Danny Barron officiating.

Stinker was born November 24, 1957 in Front Royal, Virginia, son of the late Clarence Edward and Mary M. Foster Deavers.

He worked for the Town of Front Royal and retired from Vaught Excavating.

He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.

Surviving is a son, Aaron Keith Deavers of Front Royal; daughter, Ashley Renee Deavers of Front Royal; brother, Larry Randolph “Buster” Deavers of Speedwell, Virginia; sister, Juanita Denise Comer of Luray; and three grandchildren, Logan Tyler Deavers, Lincoln Clay Deavers and Serenity Raine Deavers.

Stinker was preceded in death by his parents; and four siblings, Edward “Eddie” Deavers, Darlene D. Downs, Gary S. “Pee Wee” Deavers and Judy Ann Seal.

    My dearest Uncle. You always had music in your heart,passion in your blood and love in your soul. You will be missed by everyone that knew you. You gave nothing but goodness away!
