Rose Marie Turner, 76, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026 at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 2 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal with Rev. David Clanagan officiating.  Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Flint Hill, Virginia.

Ms. Turner was born on May 19, 1949 in Rappahannock County, Virginia to the late Robert Clanagan and Nettie Rankin Glasker.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Cecil Turner; daughter, Melissa Turner and numerous siblings.

Survivors include her son, John Turner; four grandchildren, Michael, Marcus, Jasmine and Zack; four great grandchildren, Jordan, Kayvion, Kaylyn and Marcus Jr. and numerous siblings, nephews and nieces.

Pallbearers will be Dontreal Arrington, Daion Spriggs, Warren Veney, Shawn Porter, Kevin Soto and Elijah Cabness.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
