Charles “Scott” Williams, 57, of Arlington, Virginia passed away on April 30, 2017 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 6 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia with Pastor Greg Amos officiating. The family will receive friends following the service until 9 PM at the funeral home.

Scott was born on May 14, 1959 in Front Royal to the late Charles Dudley Williams and Gloria Jean Talbott Williams. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Williams.

Scott was a retired manager with the Department of Motor Vehicles in Arlington. He was an antique collector and loved clocks.

Surviving along with his mother are his grandmother, Alma Talbott of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Tracy Clegg (Sampson) of Marshall, Virginia, Lisa Hayes (Mike Butler) of Winchester, Virginia and Shelly Dietzler (Colin) of Front Royal; two brothers, Ronnie Williams (Connie) of Front Royal and Steve Williams of White Post, Virginia; sister-in-law, Kelly Cain of Boyce, Virginia; special friends, Lukie Sjoerdsma, Chris Walthall, Thomas Decker and Bruce Miller and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
