Christopher Casey Delaney, 31, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017, in his home.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 4, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home.

Chris was born on April 8, 1985, in Fairfax, son of Barry Delaney and Patricia E. Jonas.

He served in the United States Navy.

Surviving are his mother Patricia E. Jonas of Winchester; father and step-mother Barry and Debra Delaney of Summerville, South Carolina; maternal grandmother Florence Jonas of California; one brother Benjamin Joseph Delaney of Winchester; one sister Regina Faith Delaney Rose of Manassas; three step-brothers Jonathan Woodall of Stephens City; Jeremy Woodall of Summerville, South Carolina, and Joseph Woodall of Front Royal; a very special niece Grayce Woodall; and many nieces; nephews; and cousins.
