Cosby A. “Cubby” Fisher, 86, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Lynn Care Center.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 2 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal with Pastor Claudette Wilcher officiating.

Mrs. Fisher was born on November 5, 1937 in West Virginia to the late Nelson and Daisy Skeens Fisher.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Conley Fisher; son, Ralph “Rocky” Wallen and eight siblings.

Survivors include two daughters, Terry Barnett (William) and Michelle Groves (Mike); two sisters, Dorlene Post and Flonda Jordan; four grandchildren, Timmy Wallen, Mindy Wallen, Justin Clark and Jenni Phillips; great granddaughter, Mila Clark and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
