Cynthia L. Barrett, 51, of Front Royal, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016, in the Winchester Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Cynthia was born on December 20, 1964, in Fall Church, daughter of Charles A. Fritter and the late Nancy Lee Mallonee Pealer. She had worked for Amtrak as a server.

Surviving with her father are her step-father Dean Pealer of Front Royal; one son Ashton Hoffman and girlfriend Samantha Banzhoh of Front Royal; one daughter Priscilla Merchant of Front Royal; and one special aunt Susan Schneider of Front Royal.
