David Eugene Kidd, 81, of Fauquier County, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2024 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton, Virginia.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Pastor Suma officiating. Interment will follow in Bennett’s Chapel Cemetery in Warren County.
Mr. Kidd was born October 25, 1942 in Tacoma Park, Maryland, son of the late Lester Daniel and Lillian Lucille Ward Kidd.
Surviving are two sons, Eugene Randolph Kidd of Bentonville and Darin DeWayne Kidd of Luray; one daughter, Araina Kidd of Bealeton; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Mr. Kidd was a Seventh Day Adventist by faith.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 9 from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
