Gary Wayne McKinney, 63, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Winchester Medical Center.

A memorial service will take place at a later date.

Mr. McKinney was born on June 20, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Frank Giles McKinney and Cliffene Duncan Richardson of West Virginia.

Surviving along with his mother are two daughters, Billy Joe McKinney of Amissville, Virginia and Bobby Jo McKinney of Winchester, Virginia; three brothers, Giles McKinney of Front Royal, Teddy Richardson of West Virginia and Tony Richardson of West Virginia; sister, Joy Richardson of West Virginia and his grand dog, Piggy.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal.
