Helen Elizabeth Jenkins, 76, of Front Royal, VA, died on Monday, January 6, 2016 at her home.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 9, at 2:00 p.m. at Front Royal Church of the Nazarene conducted by Pastor Steve Guizar and Pastor Samuel Blakely. Inurnment will be private.

Ms. Jenkins was born October 1, 1939 in Charlottesville, VA, daughter of the late James Vance Blakely and Refa Frances Rosalie Flick Blakely. She worked at Avtex for several years and also worked for Freedom Chapel Christian Academy as a monitor.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Elizabeth Ann Kuser. Surviving are two grandchildren Ashley Herbaugh and Warren Kuser, III; great-grandson Daniel Herbaugh; nine brothers and sisters Lillie Eshelman, Pastor Samuel Blakely, Barbara Weatherholt, Connie Dendy, Linda Santmyers, Brenda Siegert, Henry Blakely, Karen Lauder, and Mary Cunningham.
