A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 29th, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Captain Roger Vorous. The family will receive friends and family 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Tobin was born July 15, 1983, in Winchester, VA, son of Nena Pamplin Kisner and Michael Tobin both of Front Royal, VA.

He was previously employed at Asplundh Tree Service as a climber.

Surviving with his parents are his wife Casey J. Tobin; two sons Logan L. and Hunter L. Tobin; one daughter Kelsey M. Lee; two step-children Skylier Jones and Lance Dodson all of Front Royal.  Justin is also survived by his grandmother Brenda J. Pamplin; step-father Mark Kisner; three brothers, Robert and David Smith and Michael Tobin; one sister Amanda Tobin all of Front Royal; and his very special uncle Christopher L. Pamplin whom he considered as a brother. Also surviving are two step-sisters, Sherry Kisner of Front Royal and Diana Kisner of Woodbridge; uncles Richard Moore, Larry Moore, and Wayne Tobin; and aunts Julie Pamplin Shenk and Jackie Barbe.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Curtis L. Pamplin, Jr. of Front Royal and his grandmother Susan M. York of Harman, TN.

 Pallbearers will be Chris Posey, Matt Siksay, Rick Moore, Marcus Pearson, Jim Ralls, and Stevie Nowell.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tina Leadman Taylor, Jennifer Kenney, Melissa Sisk, and Leanne Burton.

Memorial contributions may be made to Maddox Funeral Home in Justin’s honor.

There will be a reception at the Front Royal Fire Hall following the burial.
