Justin Michael Utley, 32, of Baltimore, MD, formerly of Front Royal, VA, passed away in Baltimore.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 14, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal. Burial will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

Justin was born September 15, 1982 in Niagara Falls, New York. He graduated from Warren County High School in 2000. After high school, Justin graduated from the James Rumsey Technical Institute with an electrician certification.

Surviving are his mother Sharon Flamand (Paul) of Martinsburg, WV; his father Michael Utley (Donna) of Linden, VA; two brothers James Utley (Krista) and Alex Flamand; maternal grandmother Patricia Hough of Martinsburg; his companion Heather Mayhew and her daughter Audrey Mayhew; and two nephews Jack and Max. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Phillip and Ann Utley; and maternal grandfather Delmer Hough.

Pallbearers will be Michael Utley, James Utley, Glenn Mann, Jared Mann, Derek Mabie, David Bound, and Tom Blicharz.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 13, from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to all of those who tried to make an impact in Justin’s life, especially the generous care he received from Mr. and Mrs. Greg and Rita Altham.
