Peg was just a force of nature, incredibly devoted to the many volunteer organizations she served, including leading the Women of Calvary for many years. She was a terrific volunteer coordinator who spent countless hours working for the benefit of the community. She will be sorely missed.
May her rest be with the angels in heaven as she was a angel here on earth doing her Lord’s work for her fellow man.
There is a season for toiling and a season for resting. You have run the race, you have kept the faith, and now the time has come to lay down the tools of your trade and enter into rest – not as one who has quit, but as one who has finished. Rest well, faithful servant. Your labor was seen, your dedication honored, and your rest is well-earned. It was a pleasure to work with you in our Lord’s field. I shall miss you.
Peg was so great. I will never forget how she used to bring donuts to the ER every Friday, and all of her amazing service and countless volunteer hours given to Warren Memorial Hospital. She will be missed, I am glad to have known her and worked with her.
