Travis William Hayes, 24, of Fairfax, Virginia formerly of Ft. Valley, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, in his home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 10, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Panorama Memorial Gardens at Waterlick, Virginia.

Travis was born on April 24, 1992 in Manassas, Virginia son of William Oliver Bruce Hayes and Christine Annette Gagnon Hayes of Ft. Valley. He was just previously hired as a computer networking specialist with Amazon.

Surviving with his parents are his maternal grandfather Alfred J. Gagnon of Falls Church; one brother Cody Hayes of Ft. Valley; three uncles Stephen Gagnon of Woodbridge, Tim Gagnon of Reston, and Robert Hayes of Virginia Beach; six aunts Connie Ritter of White Post, Lorraine Gagnon of Woodbridge, Susan Hayes of Warrenton, Ingrid “Tudy” Fry of Warrenton, Judy Hayes of Virginia Beach and Celeste Morrow of Reston; and many cousins.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 10 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
